St Francis De Sales High School

The mission for St Francis High School is to build a Catholic educational community that allows for the uniqueness of each student, while fostering charity, tolerance and understanding through academic, social and spiritual development. Every St. Francis de Sales student deserves to have an education that strives toward academic excellence and allows for the acceptance of students with diverse social, intellectual, economic, cultural and religious backgrounds.

Established in 1937 as a high school St Francis De Sales High School was a Building with great history and prestige. The problem came as time progressed, and their poor infrastructure could not provide all of the amenities that are available for modern students. They did not have any source of internet connection, no drop zones for landlines, and data storage solution. Having no basis for IT Solutions, they were in desperate need for help, and that’s when we stepped in.

After we received a call about this project, we had our engineers onsite to better understand the situation and also to get a better look at what was lacking.Over there we saw the complete lack of basic infrastructure, and we knew that we needed to get this school up to speed. After we requested for the architecture plans of building and seeing all of the rooms for ourselves, we looked at all of the equipment that we needed in order to create the system.

We worked with our partner vendors in getting reasonably priced quotes for all the parts and equipment which will be needed. Also we worked with our different contractors to get their availability for the work and getting the quotes from them as well to create a final quote to be sent to the school.

After everything was approved, the installation was completed on the specific day and next part of the project was user training. We trained all the available staff on proper usage and maintenance of the new system to make sure that after the project, they have some knowledge of the system and they can handle the basic IT issues.

Now St Francis De Sales High School has a completely up-to-date wired and wireless IT Infrastructure which is completely scalable for future purposes. The staff is trained in proper wired/wireless system maintenance. Also the students are able to access fast and reliable wireless internet and they can work on their tasks with no interruptions.
