Medical Home Network

Medical Home Network (MHN) is a not-for-profit collaborative that has fundamentally changed how care is delivered. Their proven model of care unites provider communities and diverse healthcare entities around a common goal: to redesign healthcare delivery and transform the way care is managed at the practice level.

The work which needed to be done here was that the laptops needed to be picked up, any client identifying marks needed to be removed, data and device destruction needed to be done and the destroyed matter needed to be recycled.

The client is from the healthcare industry so we needed to focus on making sure the devices are destroyed and all the data is deleted and the devices are recycled with certain levels of certification(A and C) to ensure the environment is not affected.

The devices were picked up from the client site and taken to the site where the process was going to take place. Next step was to test and audit the device and get the device information documented for records. Then we moved on to removal of any client identifying marks to have it ready for destruction of data and device.

Destruction of data and device took place so that it was completely unreadable and could nott be accessed or used for unauthorized purposes. The process will be environmentally compliant and the recycling of IT Assets would have its own Serialized Audit Report Certificate.It will have the Recycling Level A and Destruction Level C.

The complete process was smooth because of the step by step tasks which needed to be completed and attention to detail was needed as IT Asset Disposal needs to be done in a certified way so that the environment nor the people working on it are affected.

The project was completed successfully with the coordination from the client side and AKA Comp Solutions and Audit Report was provided for completing the Recycling.
