We have enjoyed the general responsiveness and attentiveness to all issues presented. I have never felt weird calling about any issues nor did we get a sense that our issue was not important. We have enjoyed being able to rely on AKA for a variety of services, each bringing to light more effective ways of managing and monitoring said services. One of the most noticeable changes has been our technology restructure — being able to have everything in the cloud, OneDrive, and connected via Office 365 has been a remarkable change since partnering with AKA.
